If you are passionate about technical communication, documentation excellence, and driving consistency across innovative software products, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation.\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage in the United States, and health and dental coverage in Canada.\nPaid time off and company holidays.\nRemote work opportunities across the United States and Canada.\nEmployee wellness and professional development programs.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nLead the development, editing, and maintenance of comprehensive product user guides, release notes, and other end-user technical documentation across Clario's software portfolio.\nCollaborate with engineers, product managers, project managers, and subject matter experts to understand complex product functionality and translate technical concepts into clear, user-friendly documentation.\nEstablish and maintain documentation standards, publishing processes, and consistent content structures across multiple products and platforms.\nManage cross-functional documentation initiatives, including publishing schedules, documentation rebranding, and the development of documentation frameworks for new product platforms.\nOversee the quality, accuracy, consistency, and approval of externally published product documentation while implementing measurable processes for continuous improvement.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree in Technical Communication, English, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n10-15 years of relevant experience in technical writing, including extensive experience developing end-user documentation for complex software applications.\nProven expertise in creating product user guides, software release notes, and comprehensive technical documentation with minimal existing specifications.\nStrong proficiency with Microsoft Word, Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Visio, and related documentation and graphics tools.\nExperience working in software development environments and collaborating effectively with technical and functional stakeholders.\nDemonstrated ability to manage multiple documentation projects, competing priorities, and deadlines while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.\nExcellent research, written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.\nAbility to work remotely from the United States or Canada, with preference for Eastern Time Zone alignment\nAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
