If you are looking for a meaningful and rewarding career in project management within the clinical research industry, we invite you to join our growing global team and make an impact.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation\nAttractive benefits focused on security, flexibility, support, and well-being\nEngaging employee programs\nCollaborative teams and modern workplace facilities\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nAssist with planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities throughout the study lifecycle\nSupport database setup and maintenance activities\nAssist with study documentation development and management\nCoordinate equipment distribution and tracking\nCreate and distribute study-related reports\nSupport archival and maintenance of study documentation\nCoordinate Project Assurance meetings and assist with meeting minutes and action item tracking\nSupport financial aspects of study management, including documentation and database updates resulting from scope changes\nAssist with invoice reconciliation follow-up activities\nPrepare reports supporting study forecasting activities\nFacilitate issue management by documenting and tracking activities to ensure timely resolution of customer escalations\nEnsure compliance with required training completion and documentation\nRespond to customer inquiries and participate in customer meetings and calls as requested by Project Managers\nLead designated project-related activities and initiatives as assigned\nSupport additional projects and operational activities as needed\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor’s degree preferred\n1-3+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or related field\nKnowledge of the drug development process\nStrong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal, and time management skills\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English\nStrong attention to detail and responsiveness to inquiries and requests\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a team environment\nEffective problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset\nAbility to manage multiple priorities within a fast-paced clinical research environment\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
