As a Project Coordinator within our eCOA team, you will work closely with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to coordinate study activities from startup through closeout. You will play an important role in keeping projects organized, tracking critical deliverables, supporting customer communication, and ensuring studies progress efficiently and to a high standard. The approved format calls for a concise opening, localized benefits, candidate-facing responsibilities, and a unified qualifications section.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay and incentives.\nProvident fund and medical insurance.\nEngaging employee programs and local events.\nModern office spaces and remote work flexibility\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nSupport Project Managers throughout the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA clinical studies.\nCoordinate study database setup activities, project documentation, and operational deliverables.\nMaintain accurate and organized study documentation and project records throughout the study lifecycle.\nCoordinate device and equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and associated study logistics.\nCreate, maintain, and distribute project reports, status updates, meeting materials, and study communications.\nCoordinate Project Assurance meetings, document meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.\nSupport documentation and database updates associated with study scope changes.\nAssist with project financial activities, including invoice reconciliation follow-up and preparation of reports supporting study forecasting.\nMonitor project milestones and outstanding activities to help ensure agreed timelines and customer commitments are achieved.\nDocument and track project issues and customer escalations, supporting timely follow-up and resolution.\nRespond to customer inquiries and participate in sponsor meetings, project calls, and cross-functional discussions as required.\nTake ownership of assigned project activities and manage specific project deliverables when appropriate.\nEnsure required training and project documentation are completed in accordance with established procedures.\nContribute to process improvement initiatives that enhance eCOA project delivery, quality, and operational efficiency.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.\n1 to 3 years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, or a related industry.\nUnderstanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.\nExperience supporting eCOA, ePRO, eConsent, clinical technology, or other technology-enabled clinical trials is preferred.\nStrong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.\nExcellent attention to detail and commitment to delivering accurate, high-quality work.\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across cross-functional and global teams.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively to changing project requirements.\nCustomer-focused, proactive approach with strong follow-through and responsiveness.\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
