As a Project Coordinator, you will play a critical role in supporting study execution from startup through closeout, working closely with Project Managers, sponsors, sites, and cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with exceptional quality. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop project management expertise within a fast-paced clinical research environment while contributing to technologies that help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay and incentives.\nProvident fund and medical insurance.\nEngaging employee programs and local events.\nModern office spaces and remote work flexibility.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nSupport Project Managers throughout the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of Digital Physiology studies and programs.\nAssist with study database setup, maintenance, and project tracking activities.\nPrepare, maintain, and organize study documentation and project records throughout the study lifecycle.\nCoordinate device and equipment distribution, inventory tracking, reconciliation, and logistics activities.\nCreate, update, and distribute project reports, status updates, meeting materials, and study communications.\nSupport the archival of study documentation and records in accordance with company procedures and regulatory requirements.\nCoordinate Project Assurance meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and track action items through completion.\nAssist with documentation and database updates resulting from scope changes and project modifications.\nSupport financial activities, including invoice reconciliation follow-up and preparation of forecasting and project reports.\nFacilitate issue management by documenting, tracking, and monitoring project issues to support timely resolution of customer concerns and escalations.\nMonitor project timelines and deliverables to help ensure study milestones are achieved.\nRespond to customer inquiries and participate in sponsor meetings and project calls as requested by the Project Manager.\nTake ownership of assigned project activities and independently manage specific deliverables when appropriate.\nEnsure timely completion of required training, documentation, and compliance requirements.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to departmental objectives and operational excellence.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant industry experience.\n1 to 3 years of experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, Digital Physiology, or related industries.\nUnderstanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.\nStrong organizational, planning, prioritization, and multitasking skills.\nExcellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions and geographies.\nStrong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nHigh attention to detail with demonstrated responsiveness to inquiries, requests, and project deadlines.\nStrong time-management skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nCustomer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality service and operational support.\nAbility to work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative global team environment.\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
