Working closely with sponsors, clinical sites, and cross-functional teams, you will serve as the primary operational lead, balancing customer expectations, project performance, financial management, and operational excellence to support the development of life-changing therapies.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and incentives.\nPension and health insurance coverage.\nCommuting and vaccine allowances.\nEmployee events and hybrid technology support.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies and programs.\nGather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional teams.\nDevelop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\nCoordinate equipment distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and inventory management activities.\nCreate, review, and distribute study reports, project metrics, status updates, and customer communications.\nEnsure study data, documentation, and project records are archived in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.\nEstablish, communicate, and successfully manage customer expectations throughout project execution.\nMonitor study timelines, deliverables, milestones, and resource utilization to ensure successful outcomes.\nManage project financial activities, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope management, and invoice reconciliation.\nIdentify project risks, develop mitigation plans, and escalate issues appropriately to ensure study success.\nLead internal and external discussions to support effective communication, teamwork, and efficient use of resources.\nApply structured problem-solving methodologies to address operational challenges, customer concerns, and project escalations.\nMaintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of project-related matters.\nParticipate in investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and customer governance discussions as required.\nPresent Cardiac Solutions services, workflows, and operational capabilities to customers and stakeholders.\nCollaborate with Business Development and operational teams to support customer engagement and business growth initiatives.\nAssist with onboarding, mentoring, and training new Project Management team members.\nSupport continuous improvement initiatives and special projects that enhance quality, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree and demonstrated project management experience within clinical research, life sciences, healthcare technology, or a related industry.\nClario Project Management Certification required as applicable to the line of business.\n1 to 4 years of experience in project management within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, clinical research, healthcare, medical device, or related industries.\nUnderstanding of the drug development process and clinical trial lifecycle.\nExperience managing customer-facing projects, operational deliverables, timelines, and budgets.\nStrong organizational, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.\nStrong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across global teams.\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\nDetail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.\nDemonstrated responsiveness, accountability, and commitment to customer satisfaction.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt effectively in a fast-paced environment.\nValid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% as business needs require.\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
