You will serve as a trusted partner to sponsors and internal stakeholders, helping bring life-changing therapies to patients faster through operational excellence and strong project leadership.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and incentives.\n\nEngaging employee events and hybrid work technology support.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of cardiac safety studies and programs.\n\nGather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional operational teams.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nCoordinate the distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and management of study equipment and related materials.\n\nCreate, review, and distribute study status reports, project metrics, and client communications.\n\nEnsure appropriate archival of study data, documentation, and project records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.\n\nEstablish, manage, and fulfill customer expectations through proactive communication and stakeholder engagement.\n\nMonitor study timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure successful project execution.\n\nManage financial aspects of assigned studies, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope change assessments, and invoice reconciliation activities.\n\nIdentify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately to support study success.\n\nFacilitate collaboration between sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to optimize resources, maximize efficiency, and achieve contractual commitments.\n\nLead internal and external discussions and negotiations to support successful study execution and customer satisfaction.\n\nApply structured problem-solving methodologies to address customer concerns, operational challenges, and project escalations.\n\nMaintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of project-related concerns.\n\nPresent Cardiac Solutions services and operational workflows during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and client presentations as required.\n\nParticipate in business development meetings and support customer discussions regarding operational processes and service delivery.\n\nAssist in onboarding, mentoring, and training new Project Management team members.\n\nContribute to departmental initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.\n\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience.\n\n1 to 4 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, medical device, or related industries.\n\nUnderstanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.\n\nExperience supporting cardiac safety studies, clinical technology solutions, eClinical platforms, or related clinical research services is preferred.\n\nStrong project planning, organizational, prioritization, and time management skills.\n\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.\n\nKnowledge of project financial management concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and scope management.\n\nStrong risk management and problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach to issue resolution.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with sponsors, sites, vendors, and cross-functional teams.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\n\nDetail-oriented with demonstrated responsiveness to customer inquiries and operational requests.\n\nClario Project Management Certification required as applicable to the line of business.\n\nValid passport and willingness to travel internationally up to approximately 20% as business needs require.\n\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
