As a Project Manager within our eCOA business unit, you will lead cross-functional project teams through the successful execution of global clinical studies, ensuring high-quality delivery, exceptional customer service, and adherence to project timelines and budgets. You will serve as a trusted partner to sponsors and internal stakeholders, driving study success from startup through closeout while helping bring life-changing therapies to patients faster. This India-based role supports global customers and project teams and may require flexibility to collaborate across multiple time zones, including regular coverage of U.S. stakeholder meetings when needed.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay and incentives.\n\nProvident fund and medical insurance.\n\nEngaging employee programs and local events.\n\nModern office spaces and remote work flexibility.\n\nOpportunities for professional growth and career development within a global organization.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead the planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout phases of eCOA studies and programs.\n\nGather customer requirements and translate study needs into actionable plans for cross-functional operational teams.\n\nDevelop, maintain, and manage study documentation throughout the project lifecycle.\n\nCoordinate the distribution, tracking, reconciliation, and management of study devices and associated equipment.\n\nCreate, review, and distribute study status reports, metrics, and project communications.\n\nEnsure appropriate archival of study data, documentation, and project records in accordance with company and regulatory requirements.\n\nEstablish and manage customer expectations through proactive communication and effective stakeholder engagement.\n\nMonitor study timelines, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies to ensure successful project execution.\n\nManage financial aspects of assigned studies, including budget reviews, revenue forecasting, scope change assessments, and invoice reconciliation activities.\n\nIdentify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately to support study success.\n\nFacilitate collaboration between sponsors, vendors, and internal teams to drive efficient use of resources and achievement of contractual obligations.\n\nLead internal and external discussions, negotiations, and stakeholder communications to support successful study execution.\n\nApply structured problem-solving methodologies to address customer concerns and project challenges.\n\nMaintain issue tracking documentation and ensure timely follow-up and resolution of customer escalations.\n\nServe as the Project Management point of contact for operational readiness activities related to new product and service initiatives.\n\nPresent eCOA services and operational workflows during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and client presentations as required.\n\nSupport onboarding, mentoring, and training of new Project Management team members.\n\nContribute to departmental initiatives, process improvements, and special projects as assigned.\n\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant project management experience.\n\n1 to 4 years of project management experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, clinical research, life sciences, or related industries.\n\nUnderstanding of the drug development process and clinical trial environment.\n\nExperience supporting technology-enabled clinical trials, eCOA, ePRO, eConsent, RTSM/IRT, or related eClinical solutions is preferred.\n\nStrong project planning, organization, prioritization, and time management skills.\n\nExperience coordinating multiple stakeholders, timelines, budgets, and deliverables simultaneously.\n\nKnowledge of project financial management concepts, including budgeting, forecasting, invoicing, and scope management.\n\nStrong risk management and problem-solving skills with the ability to proactively identify and address project challenges.\n\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.\n\nStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to build productive relationships with sponsors, sites, and cross-functional teams.\n\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, and Teams.\n\nDetail-oriented with demonstrated responsiveness to customer inquiries and operational requests.\n\nPMP certification preferred.\n\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
