If you are a collaborative project management professional with experience in the pharmaceutical industry and a passion for customer success, we encourage you to apply.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation\nMedical, dental, and vision coverage\nRemote and hybrid work options\nTuition reimbursement\nEmployee assistance and wellness programs\nLife and disability insurance \nWhat You'll Be Doing\nLead study planning, setup, monitoring, and closeout activities for eCOA projects, ensuring quality, timeline, and budget objectives are achieved.\nGather customer requirements and coordinate with cross-functional teams to support successful study execution.\nDevelop and maintain study documentation, reporting, equipment distribution, and study archival activities.\nMonitor study timelines, budgets, revenue forecasts, scope changes, and invoice reconciliation activities.\nIdentify study risks, develop mitigation strategies, and escalate issues appropriately to stakeholders.\nManage internal and external communications to promote collaboration, resource alignment, and fulfillment of contractual obligations.\nResolve customer concerns through effective problem-solving and issue tracking to ensure timely resolution.\nServe as the project management point of contact for operational readiness related to new product initiatives.\nPresent study services during investigator meetings, site initiation meetings, and client-facing discussions as needed.\nSupport business development activities, contribute to revenue growth initiatives, and assist in training new project management team members.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and demonstrated project management experience within the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, life sciences, or related industry.\n3 to 5 years of project management experience supporting clinical research, pharmaceutical development, or related healthcare programs.\nStrong understanding of clinical trial processes and the pharmaceutical drug development lifecycle.\nExperience managing project budgets, forecasting, scope changes, and financial tracking activities.\nProven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.\nStrong organizational, interpersonal, time management, and stakeholder management skills.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project tracking tools.\nClario Project Management Certification required, as applicable by line of business.\nPMP certification preferred.\nAbility to travel up to 20% and maintain a valid passport for international travel.\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
