Join us and help advance the technology behind better clinical evidence.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation.\nComprehensive health and dental coverage.\nPaid time off and company holidays.\nFlexible remote work arrangements across Canada.\nEmployee wellness and professional development programs.\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDefine and oversee end-to-end solution architectures, translating business and product requirements into scalable technical designs aligned with enterprise architecture standards.\nCollaborate with R&D, Product Management, engineering, and business stakeholders to evaluate technology options, balance architectural trade-offs, and guide solutions throughout the development lifecycle.\nDesign and document cloud-based, full-stack, and integrated solutions, ensuring security, performance, reliability, maintainability, and compliance with applicable data protection requirements.\nDevelop proofs of concept, contribute to technology selection and architectural roadmaps, and evaluate emerging technologies to support innovation and continuous improvement.\nReview architectural designs, promote security-by-design principles, mentor engineering colleagues, and communicate technical decisions to stakeholders across the organization.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 5 years of experience architecting full-stack software solutions, supported by a strong background in software development.\nProven experience designing cloud-based architectures using AWS, Azure, or comparable platforms, including knowledge of infrastructure automation, containers, serverless technologies, and cloud service models.\nStrong understanding of software architecture principles, API integration, data modeling, Domain-Driven Design, and architectural documentation.\nWorking knowledge of cloud security, identity and access management, encryption, data protection, and secure software design practices.\nExperience with Agile software development methodologies, DevOps practices, and CI/CD pipelines.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to explain architectural decisions and collaborate with technical and nontechnical stakeholders.\nFamiliarity with Kubernetes, cloud migrations, technology roadmaps, or regulated clinical technology environments is an advantage.\nAbility to work remotely from Canada and meet applicable Canadian employment eligibility requirements.\nAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
