Join us in shaping the future of clinical data programming.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation\nComprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage\n401(k) retirement plan with company match\nPaid time off and company holidays\nWellness programs and Employee Assistance Program\nRemote work flexibility within the United States\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nDesign, develop, and maintain Python applications, reusable packages, and automation frameworks supporting clinical data processing and transformation.\nLead the modernization of existing SAS-based programming workflows by developing scalable, maintainable Python solutions in collaboration with experienced clinical data programmers.\nBuild metadata-driven and configuration-driven solutions to automate data ingestion, transformation, validation, reconciliation, and reporting.\nDevelop and validate data transformation processes supporting clinical trial deliverables, including datasets aligned with CDISC SDTM standards.\nEstablish Python coding standards, development best practices, version control, and quality assurance approaches while contributing to technical design decisions.\nCollaborate with programming teams across global locations, share technical expertise, and help drive the adoption of Python-based solutions.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Life Sciences, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.\nAt least 3 years of professional Python programming experience, with demonstrated ability to develop production-quality applications and reusable software components.\nStrong proficiency in Python development, object-oriented programming, data processing, and automation, including experience with libraries such as pandas and NumPy.\nExperience designing maintainable software solutions, working with complex datasets, and using Git-based version control.\nDemonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand existing workflows and develop practical technical solutions.\nFamiliarity with SAS programming, SAS-to-Python migration, or statistical data processing is advantageous but not required.\nExperience in pharmaceutical, clinical research, CRO, or other regulated data environments, including familiarity with CDISC SDTM standards, is an advantage.\nStrong written and verbal English communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively within distributed technical teams.\nAbility to work remotely within the United States.\nAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
