If you have a strong analytical background, enjoy working with complex data, and excel at communication and problem-solving, we’d love to hear from you.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and incentives\n\nPrivate medical coverage and MetLife protection\n\nEngaging employee programs\n\nRemote or Hybrid working & home office allowance\n\nOTP Szép Card\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nOverseeing and optimizing the Client Education service catalogue and portfolio, ensuring clarity and consistency in offerings\n\nIdentifying and resolving discrepancies in the service portfolio, particularly through in-depth analysis in Excel\n\nActing as the key liaison between Sales and Client Education, offering expert guidance during project initiation and portfolio management\n\nConducting financial analysis to ensure cost-effective operations and delivering actionable insights to management\n\nCreating standardized, high-quality reports and KPIs, with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency\n\nManaging external consultancies for ERP-related projects, ensuring smooth execution post-budget approval\n\nDriving proactive process improvements across Client Education, collaborating closely with department leads to streamline operations\n\nEnsuring compliance with company policies, maintaining confidentiality, and upholding high-quality standards in all client interactions\n\nWhat We Look For\n3+ years of experience in client education, clinical research, or relevant fields\n\nBachelor’s degree in economics, business, or a related field preferred\n\nExperience in contract management and process optimization is a plus\n\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and portfolio management\n\nStrong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, able to bridge gaps between teams and act as a mediator when needed\n\nAnalytical mindset with solid business acumen, able to develop data-driven models and recommendations\n\nFamiliarity with ERP systems and financial management\n\nProactive, solution-oriented approach with a proven track record of improving business processes\n\nStrong ethical standards and the ability to maintain composure in all situations\n\nAt Clario, we put people first, always.
