Working within a regulated environment, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop innovative products, enhance system capabilities, and maintain the high standards of quality, reliability, and compliance required for clinical trial technology.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive pay and incentives.\nProvident fund and medical insurance.\nEngaging employee programs and local events.\nModern office spaces and remote work flexibility.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDesign, develop, maintain, and support software applications for Digital Patient products and services.\nParticipate in software architecture, technical design, and development planning activities throughout the product lifecycle.\nContribute to product configuration, implementation, and maintenance activities, including the creation of validation documentation.\nDevelop requirements specifications, technical designs, software components, and test environments in accordance with project timelines and quality standards.\nSupport software validation activities and ensure products remain in a validated state throughout change control processes.\nTroubleshoot, investigate, and resolve application, system, and technical support incidents.\nCollaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to develop innovative solutions that enhance product value and improve customer outcomes.\nProvide feedback on project timelines, technical risks, dependencies, and delivery plans.\nParticipate in code reviews, testing activities, quality assurance efforts, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nContribute to enhancements in software development processes, tools, and operational practices.\nEnsure compliance with applicable quality standards, regulatory requirements, and company procedures.\nMaintain knowledge of relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), software development methodologies, and industry best practices.\nSupport regulatory compliance requirements, including those associated with healthcare and regulated software development environments.\nContinuously develop technical skills and participate in training activities to support personal and professional growth.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nMinimum 2 years of experience in a commercial software development environment.\nStrong experience developing applications within the Microsoft .NET ecosystem.\nHands-on programming experience using C# and object-oriented development principles.\nExperience working with SQL and relational database technologies.\nUnderstanding of software development lifecycle methodologies, software design principles, and testing practices.\nExperience developing, maintaining, and supporting business-critical software applications.\nExposure to software validation, regulated environments, or quality-controlled development processes is advantageous.\nMobile application development experience is desirable.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.\nExcellent organizational and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing project requirements.\nSelf-motivated approach with a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development.\nProfessional fluency in English.\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
