In this role, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality eCOA (electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment) solution designs for our pharmaceutical and biotechnology clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to review study protocols, translate client requirements into optimized solution designs, and ensure accurate and efficient project delivery aligned with clinical objectives.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation\nPrivate health insurance\nEngaging employee programs\nFlexible work schedules\nAttractive PTO plan\nFlexible workspace options\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nCoordinate the overall Solutions Design Process for client studies.\nReview clinical trial protocols to identify solution needs and define study-specific eCOA designs.\nGather sponsor requirements and recommend Clario’s best design components to meet study needs.\nCreate and maintain design specifications ensuring consistency across data capture, delivery, and database structures.\nCollaborate with Project Management, Data Management, Product, and Clinical Systems Translation & Licensing (CSTL) to align on requirements and data integrity.\nPresent solution designs during internal and external milestone meetings.\nSupport project scoping, change control, and testing processes as needed.\nContribute to product and process improvement initiatives.\nMaintain organized documentation and support study tracking efforts.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor’s degree (BS/BA) or equivalent; degree in science or healthcare-related field preferred.\nMinimum 3 years of experience in clinical trials or equivalent role.\nAbility to interpret clinical trial documentation such as protocols, questionnaires, and data models.\nProven experience in translating client requirements into design specifications.\nStrong collaboration and communication skills, with experience interacting with clients at all levels.\nFamiliarity with FDA regulatory processes and clinical research standards.\nHighly organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.\nExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.\nProficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with technical documentation tools a plus.\nFluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, are required.\nBased in Costa Rica, with ability to work fully remote.\nAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
