In this role, you will design, develop, test, and maintain software applications used in regulated clinical trial environments, working closely with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality, compliant solutions.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation aligned with the Bangalore technology market\n\nComprehensive health and wellness benefits\n\nPaid time off and company holidays\n\nLearning and development opportunities, including technical and regulatory training\n\nA collaborative, inclusive, and purpose-driven work environment\n\nWhat You’ll Be Doing\nAnalyze, design, develop, test, debug, and maintain software enhancements and new applications using C#, .NET, and SQL\n\nPerform requirements analysis and proactively identify gaps, ambiguities, and risks\n\nClearly distinguish business requirements from technical design and implementation\n\nFollow established development patterns, coding standards, and software lifecycle processes\n\nWrite clear, maintainable code with appropriate unit test coverage\n\nIdentify, document, and communicate software defects, including steps to reproduce and workarounds\n\nConduct code and design reviews to identify weaknesses, alternatives, and trade-offs\n\nDeliver high-quality, tested code on schedule with a low defect rate\n\nDemonstrate application features and fixes to product management and end users\n\nPartner with Quality Assurance by advising on regression testing focus areas\n\nTroubleshoot production and support issues, isolating defects to specific components\n\nEstimate development effort based on detailed design and contribute to planning activities\n\nAdhere to organizational Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and regulatory requirements\n\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor’s degree strongly preferred\n\n3+ years of professional software development experience\n\nStrong hands-on experience with C#, .NET, and basic SQL\n\nExperience in clinical trials, life sciences, or pharmaceutical environments preferred\n\nWorking knowledge of drug development processes and regulatory requirements, including GxP and 21 CFR Part 11\n\nProven analytical and problem-solving skills\n\nAbility to work effectively both independently and in a team environment\n\nStrong written and verbal communication skills\n\nHigh attention to detail with excellent documentation and organizational abilities\n\nAdaptability to changing priorities and a commitment to quality and service excellence\n\nAt Clario, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
