As a Trainer within our Client Education team, you will play a critical role in delivering engaging instructor-led, hands-on, and virtual training programs that support clinical trial execution around the world. This role offers the opportunity to combine education, technology, and clinical research while supporting innovative solutions that help bring life-changing therapies to patients faster.\nWhat We Offer\nCompetitive compensation and incentives.\nEngaging employee events and hybrid work technology support.\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nDesign, develop, and deliver product-specific and study-specific training programs for clinical trial sites, CROs, sponsors, and other stakeholders.\nConduct in-person, remote, and hands-on training sessions to ensure successful adoption of Clario technologies and processes.\nCreate, maintain, and update training presentations, supporting materials, knowledge resources, and associated documentation.\nPartner with project teams and sponsors to develop training delivery strategies aligned with study objectives, complexity, and timelines.\nCollaborate with Product Management and internal subject matter experts to maintain expertise in new products, features, and operational processes.\nSupport client education initiatives by providing guidance and expertise related to study workflows, system usage, and best practices.\nWork closely with customer support teams to investigate and resolve help desk escalations requiring training or knowledge-based intervention.\nEvaluate operational workflows and training materials to identify improvements and ensure content remains accurate, up-to-date, and effective.\nMaintain expertise in current product releases, system enhancements, and customer-facing solutions.\nParticipate in project meetings and customer discussions to identify training needs, site performance challenges, and knowledge gaps.\nTrack training activities and maintain required documentation in accordance with company procedures and study requirements.\nContribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance training effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and operational performance.\nSupport global customer readiness initiatives through effective communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement.\nWhat We Look For\nBachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and industry experience.\nDegree in Education, Business, Life Sciences, Healthcare, Clinical Research, or a related field preferred.\nMinimum 2 to 3 years of experience delivering technical, software, clinical, or customer-facing training programs.\nExperience supporting customers within clinical research, healthcare, life sciences, medical technology, or other regulated industries preferred.\nStrong presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences.\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively in English.\nStrong interpersonal skills with a passion for education, knowledge transfer, and client success.\nExperience creating training materials, user guides, presentations, and learning resources.\nProficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.\nAbility to troubleshoot issues, solve problems, and respond effectively to customer needs.\nComfortable working independently while collaborating effectively within global cross-functional teams.\nAbility to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business and customer requirements.\nMultilingual (English & Mandarin) is required.\nAt Clario, a part of Thermo Fisher Scientific, our purpose is to transform lives by unlocking better evidence.
