This role is ideal for individuals who combine strong execution capabilities with process awareness, control ownership, and stakeholder collaboration, and who are motivated to ensure reliable, compliant, and efficient payment operations.\nThe PTP Payments & Banking Analyst role focuses on payment execution, reconciliation, discrepancy resolution, and continuous improvement, while building a deeper understanding of PTP processes, controls, and cross-functional dependencies in a structured, team-based environment.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nExecute and review payments ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with internal controls\nPrepare, analyze, and process payment proposals\nApprove and validate payments in banking systems in line with defined approval matrices\nAct as a business partner for internal stakeholders, handling complex payment-related queries\nIdentify, research, and resolve payment discrepancies and exceptions\nPerform payment reconciliations and ensure alignment between ERP and banking systems\nMonitor payment activities using reports and Power BI and highlight risks or deviations\nSupport internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations\nDrive follow-up and resolution of payment and AP-related issues\nIdentify and support automation and process optimization initiatives within Payments & Banking\nCollaborate cross-functionally to improve payment processes and control environment\nWhat You’ll Bring:\nHigh school or university degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field\n1.5-3 years of experience in Finance, preferably in Accounts Payable or Payments\nStrong analytical mindset with attention to detail\nUnderstanding of accounting principles and financial processes\nAbility to understand process impact and control risks\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills\nTeam-oriented attitude and collaborative approach\nProactive mindset, flexibility, and willingness to learn\nThe starting salary is at min 1 400 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.\nThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
