Mainly responsible for managing, developing WD in sales territory and the ensure the active rate of WD\nClosely work with WD and understand the WD needs to support WD to have sustainable business growth on Varta, help WD to work out monthly sell-through policy, monitor WD stock management, market explore, service improvement etc.\nBe responsible for monitoring the financial capability of managing WD, the AR collection and provide support on solving the PD issue for the whole region.\nImplement the retail program within the area to realize the deep penetrate the improve POS coverage\nVisit and develop POS to help with area sales performance increase.\nEnsure the accuracy of the sales forecasting data.\nCollect and analyze the market information\nMaintain and develop healthy relationship with key customers, help the WD to set up growth strategy, sales team management, service capability improvement etc.\nProvide the consulting regarding to product/service to fulfill the needs of customer, includes to provide product warranty to customers.\nProvide the relevant basic training (product knowledge, inventory management and sales skill etc.) to WD sales team and retail clients for constantly improving the sales capacity for both WD and the retailers.\nImplement company’s market and brand promotion plan, optimize resources input and output.\nConduct effective field visit to improve the area POS coverage.\nRequirements:\nCollege degree or above\nMinimum of 3 years’ experience in automotive industry\nGood business, financial and legal acumen.\nEffective communication and negotiation skills\nAbility to analyze data to business conclusion.\nGood problem solving ability.\nTechnical knowledge of lead-acid preferred.\nWorking Conditions:\nSignificant travel, and non-traditional work hours.\nClarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
