You will contribute to the evolution of our data analytics landscape - from traditional reporting to predictive and intelligent insights.\nThis role is ideal for a recent graduate who is passionate about applied data science, automation, and AI, and wants to grow within a global organization with strong mentorship and learning opportunities.\nKey Responsibilities:\nSupport the development of machine learning models to address business questions such as demand forecasting, anomaly detection, and trend prediction. \nPrepare, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources (ERP, operational, and financial systems). \nAssist in integrating AI-driven insights into Power BI dashboards and reports (e.g., using Python scripts, Azure Machine Learning models, or Power BI AI visuals). \nExplore opportunities to automate data processes and enhance the accuracy of analytics outputs. \nCollaborate with senior team members to design proof-of-concept (PoC) projects for AI and machine learning use cases. \nSupport data governance and documentation of data sources, logic, and model results. \nCommunicate findings and analytical results in a clear and actionable way to non-technical stakeholders. \nKeep up to date with emerging trends in AI, machine learning, and Power Platform technologies. \nRequired Skills and Qualifications:\nMasters’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. \nBasic understanding of machine learning concepts (e.g., regression, classification, clustering, time series). \nKnowledge of Python (preferred) or R for data manipulation, analysis, and modeling. \nFamiliarity with Power BI or another data visualization tool. \nUnderstanding of SQL and data modeling principles. \nStrong analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, and curiosity for data-driven insights. \nAbility to communicate analytical findings clearly in English, both verbally and in writing. \nDesirable (Nice to Have):\nUniversity project or internship involving machine learning or AI model development. \nFamiliarity with Azure Machine Learning, Databricks, or Jupyter Notebooks. \nUnderstanding of data pipelines and ETL processes. \nExperience integrating Python models into Power BI or Excel. \nAwareness of Responsible AI principles and data ethics. \nThe starting salary is at min 2 500 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.\nThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
