This role goes beyond transactional HR administration, providing ownership of key HR processes and driving continuous improvement.\nThis position is based in our Riyadh, Saudi Arabia office.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs an HR Operations Specialist, you will leverage your HR expertise to:\nManage and execute day-to-day HR operations, ensuring smooth and efficient delivery of HR services across the employee lifecycle.\nTake ownership of defined HR processes, ensuring accuracy, compliance, consistency, and timely execution.\nSupport onboarding, employee records management, contractual changes, offboarding, and other core HR administration activities.\nResolve non-standard HR cases by applying sound judgment and ensuring compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and internal procedures.\nIdentify opportunities to streamline and improve HR processes, implementing enhancements that increase efficiency and service quality.\nAct as a key point of contact for employees, managers, and stakeholders regarding HR policies, procedures, and operational matters.\nCollaborate closely with Payroll, Time & Attendance, Talent Acquisition, and other HR functions to ensure seamless HR service delivery.\nMaintain and update HR systems and employee data, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.\nGenerate HR reports and support audits, compliance activities, and workforce data analysis.\nContribute to knowledge sharing, process documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives within the HR team.\nWhat We Are Looking For\nBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.\nSeveral years of experience in HR Operations, HR Administration, or a similar HR support role.\nStrong understanding of core HR processes and employee lifecycle management.\nKnowledge of Saudi labor law and HR compliance requirements is highly desirable.\nExperience working with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office applications (Workday, SAP, Outlook, Excel, Teams, Copilot)\nAbility to independently manage complex HR inquiries and operational issues.\nStrong analytical and process improvement mindset with attention to detail.\nExcellent organizational and time management skills.\nStrong communication and stakeholder management skills.\nHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.\nFluency in English is required; Arabic language skills are an advantage.\nWhat We Offer\nAt Clarios, you will have the opportunity to work closely with regional leadership and contribute to the success of a global market leader.
