You will work closely with cybersecurity, infrastructure, application development, and business stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and compliant identity services that support our global operations.\nHow you will do it\nLead the architecture, design, and implementation of enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions.\n\nProvide technical leadership for Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft Entra ID, CyberArk, Saviynt, and related IAM technologies.\n\nDefine and govern enterprise standards for directory services, identity governance, privileged access management, authentication, and authorization.\n\nOversee directory integrations, trust relationships, information exchange interfaces, and identity federation services.\n\nAct as a trusted advisor and mentor to application development, infrastructure, security, and operational teams on IAM best practices.\n\nParticipate in and lead architecture reviews, validation activities, and technical evaluations for new initiatives.\n\nEstablish and maintain identity-related standards, including naming conventions, schema design, and system configuration standards.\n\nManage and facilitate the implementation of Identity Management solutions supporting enterprise and business unit applications.\n\nDefine Privileged Access Management standards and ensure alignment with security and compliance requirements.\n\nCollaborate with vendors, managed service providers, and internal stakeholders to support technology roadmaps and strategic initiatives.\n\nDevelop service metrics, monitoring requirements, and reporting mechanisms for IAM services.\n\nEnsure third-party solutions comply with enterprise architecture and security standards.\n\nProvide accurate project status updates and technical recommendations to senior leadership.\n\nStay current on emerging technologies and industry trends within Identity & Access Management.\n\nWhat we look for\nUniversity degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or a related discipline.\n\nMinimum of 5 years of experience designing, implementing, or supporting enterprise Identity & Access Management solutions in a large-scale global environment.\n\nStrong expertise in:\nMicrosoft Active Directory\n\nMicrosoft Entra ID (Azure AD)\n\nAD LDS\n\nLDAP\n\nCyberArk\n\nSaviynt or other Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) solutions\n\nMicrosoft Identity Manager (MIM)\n\nSAML, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)\n\nDirectory Federation and Identity Governance frameworks\n\nExperience across multiple Identity and Access Management disciplines, including Identity Governance, Directory Services, Authentication, Authorization, and Privileged Access Management.\n\nFluency in English.\n\nStrong communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.\n\nProficiency with Microsoft Visio, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.\n\nDemonstrated ability to drive technical innovation and influence enterprise-wide technology strategies.\n\nStrong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build trusted business relationships.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nCISSP, Microsoft Identity, CyberArk, or similar professional certifications.\n\nExperience working within highly regulated and global enterprise environments.\n\nKnowledge of enterprise security frameworks, governance models, and compliance standards.\n\nThe starting salary is at min 3 400 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.\nThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
