to business operations across multiple regions globally.\nWhat You’ll Do (Impact Areas)\nImmigration Case Management\nManage immigration cases from initiation through completion, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and deadlines.\nPrioritize and oversee high-volume immigration caseloads while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.\nIdentify potential risks and proactively implement solutions to prevent business disruption.\nMonitor visa, work permit, and immigration-related renewals to ensure ongoing compliance.\nStakeholder & Employee Support\nServe as the primary point of contact for sponsored employees, managers, HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition teams, and immigration vendors.\nProvide guidance and support throughout immigration processes and relocation activities.\nMaintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding case status, milestones, and timelines.\nEducate stakeholders on immigration requirements, policies, and process updates.\nGlobal Immigration Program Execution\nCoordinate U.S. nonimmigrant visa processes (H-1B, L-1, TN, and others).\nSupport U.S. immigrant processes, including prevailing wage determinations, recruitment reporting, PERM reviews, and related activities.\nManage immigration requirements across multiple countries, including Mexico, Germany, Brazil, Colombia, Korea, and EMEA/META regions.\nCollaborate with regional mobility and immigration teams to ensure alignment and compliance globally.\nVendor & External Counsel Management\nLiaise with immigration vendors and external legal counsel to ensure timely case initiation, processing, renewals, and closure.\nMonitor vendor performance and service levels.\nResolve operational issues and escalate critical matters when necessary.\nFoster productive relationships with external partners to ensure efficient service delivery.\nCompliance & Risk Management\nEnsure immigration activities comply with local regulations, corporate policies, and legal requirements.\nMonitor changes in immigration laws and communicate impacts to relevant stakeholders.\nIdentify compliance risks and develop mitigation plans.\nSupport audits and documentation reviews related to immigration and global mobility programs.\nReporting & Process Improvement\nPrepare reports and analyze immigration-related data, trends, and metrics.\nMaintain accurate immigration records and case management systems.\nIdentify opportunities to improve immigration and mobility processes, increase efficiency, and enhance employee
