This is a high-impact, hands-on role with strong visibility across the plant.\nWhat Does Success Look Like\nImprove plant uptime, efficiency, and cost performance through automation and process improvements\n\nDesign, modify, and troubleshoot PLC, HMI, robotics, and SCADA systems\n\nLead and support continuous improvement initiatives using Lean/Six Sigma tools\n\nExecute capital and non-capital projects from concept through implementation\n\nPartner cross-functionally to resolve issues and ensure quality and process stability\n\nIdentify root causes of downtime and implement sustainable solutions\n\nWhat we look for - Qualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls, or related)\n\n2 years of experience in manufacturing and controls engineering\n\nStrong experience with PLC/HMI/automation troubleshooting and programming\n\nProven ability to lead projects and drive continuous improvement results\n\nExperience with Allen Bradley (RsLogix / FactoryTalk) and vision systems\n\nRobotics programming experience (Fanuc, ABB, or similar)\n\nExperience with Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or FMEA/DOE methodologies\n\nApplicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future; Clarios will not sponsor applicants for U.S. work visas for this opportunity.\nWhat we do here:\nSan Antonio - Distribution Center\nOur San Antonio, Texas distribution center charges, packages, and ships the batteries used in cars, boats, motorcycles, and heavy-duty trucks.
