Applies savings tracking and roadmap reconciliation\n· Take initiative to deliver goals, proposals, market intelligence to internal end-users, utilize numbers & facts to help mutual understanding on problems and opportunities. Stand procurement ground and take initiative to drive end-users to collaborate.\nØ PR to PO operation\n· Execute PR to PO process effectively & accurately with purchasing systems, Maximo, SharePoint etc.\n· Negotiate, sign or renew, execute contracts promptly and effectively to cut off the risk to company.\n· Documenting and managing the responsible files, certificates, RFx, confirmations, contracts etc in transparent and trackable way.\n· Generalization and summarization of systemic working methods to promote efficiency, effectiveness, and standards.\nØ Project Management\n· Initiating and prompt cross-functions/sites project to optimize supplier base & establish standard work for nominated commodities\nEducation & Experience:\n· Bachelor's Degree is required. Engineering specialty preferred.\n· English - Good at reading and writing, capable to communicate with overseas verbally.\n· Great data analysis ability with excel. Practice with Power BI preferred.\n· Good presentation skills with PPT.\n· 10+ years working experience on Procurement including manufacturing environment.\n· Practice on one or multiple commodities of MRO, Mechanical Engineering, IT.\n· Experience on cross-functions communication & collaboration.\n· Hands-on experience of cross-functional project management, able to lead and control the timeline and milestone of procurement activities.\n· Practical experience on ERP system.
