You will plan, direct, coordinate and control manufacturing activities in an assigned work area involving PowerFrame Grid operations to achieve established management goals.\nShift: 12 hour shift - 2-2-3 - 6:50 am - 7:10 pm\nHow you will do it\nAssign work to meet daily manufacturing requirements and control labor and material usage to meet or improve standard costs\nReport daily KPI indicators, including production, scrap, safety, and quality\nTake action to improve productivity and quality, job methods and procedures\nEnsure all safety training and requirements are met for all personnel in assigned area\nTrain production personnel to perform work assignments safely and efficiently\nMaintain good employee relations through coaching and consistent application of employee relation policies\nMaintain accurate database information regarding employee training and certification\nReview and coach employees in accordance with the plant goals\nAdminister production salary/wage policy for operating personnel properly\nAdminister and enforce health, environmental and safety standards, work practices and housekeeping policies and procedures\nArrange for proper maintenance of machines and equipment and provide solutions to improve OEE\nInvestigate material variances, report results of investigation and recommend improvements\nSolicit and encourage process, procedure and equipment improvements from team members\nFamiliarize personnel with Company rules and regulations\nPrepare necessary reports\nOvertime is required to meet internal and external customer requirements\nWhat we look for\nRequired\nExcellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to present clear and concise information to varied levels within the organization\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel and Outlook preferred.
