Working closely with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, Application Development, and Business stakeholders, you will help establish a modern digital foundation that accelerates innovation while maintaining strong governance and operational excellence.\nThe position will be based in Bratislava, Slovakia and is part of the Enterprise Architecture, Strategy & Digital Transformation organization.\nWhat You Will Do\nAs Power Platform / Copilot Studio Platform Architect, you will use your expertise in enterprise architecture, Microsoft technologies, and governance to:\nOwn and continuously evolve the enterprise architecture, roadmap, and governance framework for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot Studio.\nDefine platform standards, reusable design patterns, and technical guardrails for citizen and professional developers.\nEstablish environment strategies, lifecycle management standards, naming conventions, ownership models, and security controls.\nDesign enterprise-scale architectures for AI agents, copilots, automation solutions, and low-code applications.\nDefine governance models covering access management, identity, authentication, data protection, compliance, and responsible AI.\nLead architecture reviews and ensure alignment with enterprise standards, cybersecurity requirements, and risk management practices.\nCreate approved integration patterns across Microsoft 365, Dataverse, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, APIs, on-premise systems, and third-party platforms.\nDefine application lifecycle management standards including source control, testing, deployment automation, release management, and change governance.\nDrive platform adoption, operational excellence, monitoring capabilities, and continuous improvement initiatives.\nGuide platform capacity planning, licensing optimization, AI consumption governance, and cost management strategies.\nSupport the development of a scalable Center of Excellence for Power Platform and Copilot technologies.\nProvide technical leadership and coaching to architects, engineers, developers, and platform administrators across the organization.\nPartner closely with Microsoft and external technology partners to evaluate new capabilities and roadmap opportunities.\nWhat Makes You a Good Fit\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.\nExtensive experience designing and implementing enterprise-scale solutions using Microsoft Power Platform technologies.\nStrong expertise with: Power Apps Power Automate Dataverse Power BI Copilot Studio Microsoft 365 Azure Services Microsoft Graph\nProven experience designing governance frameworks, enterprise architecture standards, and operating models for low-code platforms.\nStrong understanding of cloud architecture, software engineering practices, API management, and modern integration patterns.\nExperience implementing enterprise security controls, identity management, compliance frameworks, and risk management practices.\nHands-on experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, application lifecycle management, and automation tooling.\nPowerShell and automation scripting skills.\nKnowledge of FinOps principles, licensing optimization, and cloud service cost governance.\nExperience operating within global, matrixed organizations.\nProfessional certifications such as Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CISSP, CISA, or similar qualifications are considered an advantage.\nKnowledge, Skills & Abilities\nStrong enterprise-wide systems thinking and architectural mindset.\nAbility to balance innovation, governance, user empowerment, scalability, and operational supportability.\nExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills across both technical and business audiences.\nAbility to influence without direct authority in a global organization.\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nExperience facilitating architecture reviews and governance forums.\nDetail-oriented with a structured approach to decision-making and documentation.\nContinuous learning mindset with a passion for emerging Microsoft technologies and AI innovations.\nExcellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nThe starting salary is at min 3 800 EUR/month gross for candidates who meet our minimum criteria.\nThis amount is our minimal offered salary.
