You will coordinate closely with customers, Sales, logistics partners and internal teams, while driving customer satisfaction, process improvement, service levels and cost efficiency across the supply chain.\nLocation of the position\nThe position will be based in our modern office in central Madrid, Spain (Paseo de la Habana).\nWhat you will do\nYou will use your expertise in customer service, logistics and export processes to:\nManage the end-to-end order process, from order entry and IDoc release through on-time delivery and order fulfilment.\nSet up new customers, including processes, master data and special requirements, in close collaboration with Sales and the customer.\nCoordinate deliveries with logistics service providers and carriers, including inventory and incoming-delivery analysis, invoice approval, labelling and work orders.\nMonitor storage quality, quantity, age, cost and efficiency, and plan packaging and decoration materials.\nDrive customer satisfaction and claim management while ensuring agreed KPIs, service levels and inventory targets are achieved.\nMaintain customer and product master data, including labels and bills of material, and prepare invoices and required declarations.\nPrepare import, export and transport documentation, including export declarations, letters of credit, legalization documents and air-freight shipper declarations.\nSupport continuous-improvement and cost-saving initiatives across Customer Excellence and distribution processes.\nWhat makes you a good fit\nCompleted vocational training, secondary education or a relevant qualification in logistics, sales, business administration or a related field.\nAt least 3-4 years of relevant experience in customer service, sales, production or logistics; automotive-industry experience is highly desirable.\nSolid experience with export declarations, export-related processes, preferential origin and basic export-control requirements.\nAwareness of dangerous-goods shipments and external factors affecting logistics, such as legislation, fuel costs and environmental requirements.\nGood analytical, organizational and time-management skills, with a reliable and customer-focused approach.\nStrong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with customers, Sales, carriers, service providers and international stakeholders.\nConfident use of Microsoft Office and SAP; experience with AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot and customer platforms such as Stellantis or Ford is an advantage.\nFluent Spanish and English; French or German would be a strong advantage.\nWhat we offer you\nInput matters just as much as output.
