Program Management\nLead APAC OE new business programs from nomination through SOP.\nDevelop and manage project timelines, milestones, and launch readiness plans.\nEnsure on-time execution of key programdeliverables.\n2. Business Development Support\nCoordinate RFQ activities and support business award execution.\nTrack new business opportunities and program progress.\nSupport strategic growth initiatives and customer programs.\n3. Cross-Functional Coordination\nCoordinate activities across Sales, Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance.\nFacilitate project reviews and drive timely issue resolution.\nEnsure stakeholder alignment on project objectives and priorities.\n4. Customer & HKMC Program Support\nServe as the primary project interface for assigned OEM programs.\nSupport customer program reviews, timing updates, and launch activities.\nPartner with Global HKMC teams to ensure successful execution and launch of awarded programs.\n5. Risk Management & Reporting\nIdentify program risks and drive mitigation actions.\nPrepare project status reports, dashboards, and management updates.\nMaintain project governance and documentation.\n6. Continuous Improvement\nPromote project management best practices and process improvements.\nSupport initiatives that enhance business growth, operational effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.\nQualifications:\nBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.\nExperience in automotive OEM development, program management, or launch processes.\nKnowledge of lead-acid battery technologies and automotive electrical systems preferred.\n3+ years of experience in Project Engineering, Program Management, or a related role; automotive Tier 1 supplier experience is a strong advantage.\nStrong understanding of project management methodologies and program execution.\nWorking knowledge of automotive quality systems and standards (e.g., IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP).\nStrong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.\nEffective verbal and written communication skills in both Korean and English.\nDemonstrated ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.\nProven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.\nAbility to travel domestically and internationally up to 20% as required.\nClarios is the global leader in advanced, low-voltage battery technologies for mobility.
