Set appropriate logistic flows (acid control, Bins/Bulk operations, and mavericks’ strategy, etc....) to support local procurement team.\nSupervise MEMESA plant needs according to production outlook.\nDevelop Transport strategy (Cost / Suppliers selection). Manage & negotiate Core collection transport.\nSupport local procurement team with E-Procurement system (SAP orders & stat , Konzmann, Zycus and other IT tools). \nManage supplier accounts: Data base management, legal compliance, invoicing, etc.\nAssist local LBU business to meet all legal and environmental requirements according to the EU laws and OECD. Support regulations & transboundary movement of recoverable waste.\nDevelopment and maintenance of KPI dashboard.\nDevelopment and Monitoring of Notification status for all approved lanes.\nOptimization of Inbound of Cores and communication with MeMesa and suppliers to avoid unloading bottlenecks.\nIntroduce a formal claim management process to tackle deviations on quality, acid density or compliance topics.\nKnowledge, Skills and Abilities: What we look for\nMin.2-3 years of experience in industrial procurement department or another industrial sector.\nAt least 2 years of experience in logistics and transportation (ADR) for raw material logistics, within Spain.\nExcellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.\nHigh level of accuracy and attention to detail.\nStrong knowledge of MS Office and experience with SAP.\nGood communication and negotiation skills.\nAbility to work in a team environment with international stakeholders.\nFluent Spanish & English.
