This role focuses on identifying and proposing small, focused prototype solutions to known needs. The candidate should be able to take charge of an individual effort, conduct meaningful research into potential solutions and architect and design a proof of concept to demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed solution.\nKey Responsibilities\nParticipate in architectural discussions and with the PA and execute on priority features\nDevelop robust and high-quality software, putting the user’s requirements first and always driving towards a working product on time\nBuild and integrate automated testing into the product’s codebase\nConsistently groom feature backlog and execute tasks in a sprint-driven cadence\nQualifications\nMust be able to obtain and maintain a TS security clearance (note, only US Citizens are eligible for security clearances)\nBachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical discipline. (Degree requirement can be met with four years of hands-on experience in a Software Engineering or similar full-time position.)\nAbility to collaborate as a team but execute independently\nThrives in a high-trust, adaptable team environment\nProficient in developing with Golang and Python\nExperience contributing to or leading the design of new capabilities\nExperience with agentic development and applying LLMs, embeddings, and smaller trained models to analytics, including rigorous evaluation of accuracy, uncertainty, and limitations.\nExperience in API/SDK development\nExperience working with software integrators to debug and solve integration challenges, improving the product along the way\nExperience with a version control code repository, such as GitLab\nNice-to-Have Qualifications\nExperience with Containerization (Docker or Podman)\nExperience implementing and using Gitlab CI pipelines\nExperience with gRPC / Protobuf\nExperience in database development (SQLite / PostgreSQL)\nExperience deploying software using Kubernetes\nAdditional Desired Qualifications\nFamiliarity with the Cyber Operations Domain\nFamiliarity with Scaled Agile Framework\nSalary Range: $145,900 - $248,000\nPay Range\nThe posted pay range reflects the anticipated base salary range for this position and is provided to give candidates a general understanding of the compensation opportunity.
