The ideal candidate is comfortable navigating ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and brings a strong balance of analytical rigor and business context.\nKey Responsibilities:\nOwn end-to-end analytics projects, from problem definition through execution and delivery\nTranslate ambiguous business questions into structured analytical frameworks\nAnalyze large datasets to identify trends, risks, and opportunities\nBuild and maintain dashboards, reports, and data models to support decision-making\nCommunicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders\nPartner with business, product, and leadership teams to influence strategic decisions\nEnsure data quality, integrity, and consistency across reporting outputs.\nWhat We're Looking For\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Computer Science)\n5+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field\nStrong proficiency in SQL and experience with Python or R.
