We balance speed and excellence to deliver an exceptional customer experience.\nPosition Summary\nThe Treasurer is responsible for ClarityPay's treasury function, including liquidity management, cash forecasting, banking relationships, treasury operations, payment reconciliations, and financial controls. This role ensures sufficient liquidity to support loan originations and operations while partnering with Accounting, FP&A, Operations, Servicing, and executive leadership to maintain accurate financial reporting and scalable processes.\nKey Responsibilities\nTreasury & Liquidity Management\nManage daily cash positions and liquidity\n\nPrepare short- and long-term cash flow forecasts\n\nOptimize cash across operating, settlement, and reserve accounts\n\nMonitor working capital and recommend cash management improvements\n\nTreasury Operations\nOversee daily treasury operations, including wires, ACH activity, funding, and cash movements\n\nManage banking relationships, bank accounts, and treasury services\n\nImplement treasury controls and identify automation opportunities\n\nPortfolio Payment Reconciliation\nOwn end-to-end reconciliation of customer payments across the loan portfolio, ensuring accurate receipt, application, reconciliation, and reporting across servicing systems, payment processors, bank accounts, and the general ledger\n\nEnsure timely resolution of exceptions\n\nPartner with Servicing, Operations, and Accounting to resolve reconciliation breaks and improve payment processes\n\nAccounting & Financial Close\nSupport monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes\n\nPrepare treasury-related journal entries and reconciliations\n\nSupport cash flow reporting, balance sheet reconciliations, and external audits\n\nRisk & Compliance\nMaintain treasury policies and internal controls\n\nMonitor liquidity and operational risks\n\nEnsure compliance with banking agreements and company policies\n\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field\n\n8+ years of treasury, accounting, or corporate finance experience\n\nExperience in fintech, banking, consumer lending, or payments preferred\n\nStrong Excel, ERP, treasury systems, and U.S. GAAP knowledge\n\nThis role will be expected to be in the office 4 days a
