Centralized Global Accounting team, NetSuite, Blackline and OneStream, our team culture is believing each other with a selfless and honest commitment to live with Clarivate values and goals.\nAbout You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments\nAt least 2-3 years of experience in Global Accounting. \nKnowledge, skills, or abilities (Proven experience in Payroll accounting, General ledger accounting, reconciliation, and exposure in MNC’s.) \nTech Stack - Accounting in ERP’s (NetSuite, Oracle etc.), Blackline reconciliation and Analysis tools (onstream, Hyperion etc.)\nBCom. graduation/MBA Finance/ CA/CMA/ CA-Inter/CMA-inter (accounting background must). \nIt would be great if you also had . . .\nShould have proven track records in General accounting activities, Reconciliation, reporting, and Month closure activities.\nCandidate should be ready to deliver on critical timelines with accuracy.\nCandidate should be open to taking up any General accounting Functions roles including P2P, O2C, IC, PC, PA, Bank, and shuffle as per needs.\nProactive, willing to learn and follow, adaptable, clear in accounting concepts, approachable, Team Player, Self-Starter, timeliness, all would be the key factor to succeed.\nShould have Excellent Verbal and Written Communication (must).\nWhat will you be doing in this role?\nExposure to Global Accounting functions for General Accounting and Reconciliations across the central accounting team.\nPeople cost Accounting (Payroll).\nPreparation and review of payroll accrual journals, Benefit accruals, Tax entries, and Wire payment journals.\nPension accruals, Bonus Accruals, Severance accounting. \nPerform and review Balance Sheet Reconciliations. Blackline & OneStream exposure is an added advantage.\nWorking exposure with organizations having Global Presence.\nLearn Accounting Concepts and Accounting Technical Matters.\nMentorship, provide training to new hires on the Clarivate group policies and procedures to be followed for performing payroll activities.\nFollow Sox Guidelines without fail and no failures in internal or external audits & Zero Audit deficiencies.
