You will work as part of a global content operations team responsible for ensuring that customers can efficiently find and access relevant information through accurate indexing, metadata enrichment, and content analysis.\nAbout You\nShould have a Bachelor's degree in any discipline.\nMust have 3 to 5 years of experience in content operations, indexing, publishing, editorial, or related fields.\nShould have excellent written and verbal English communication skills.\nMust have proved experience in strong interpretation, comprehension, and analytical skills.\nMust be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.\nIt Would Be Great If You Also Have\nAdvanced Excel knowledge and experience working with large datasets.\nExperience utilizing AI-driven tools, automation solutions, and emerging technologies to improve content analysis, indexing accuracy, metadata enrichment, and overall workflow effectiveness.\nWhat Will You Be Doing in This Role?\nReview and analyze content from newspapers, magazines, journals, reports, and other information sources to identify key topics, concepts, organizations, people, locations, and events.\nApply controlled vocabulary and editorial guidelines to assign accurate subject terms, classification codes, and indexing entries that enhance content discoverability.\nCreate and maintain metadata, abstracts, and other editorial enrichments to improve search, retrieval, and user experience across information products.\nPerform content analysis and indexing while ensuring consistency, completeness, and adherence to established quality standards.\nValidate and review indexed content, identify discrepancies, and take corrective actions to maintain high editorial accuracy.\nMaintain accurate production records and perform administrative tasks related to content tracking and workflow management.\nAbout the Team\nThe PQ Aggregation team is responsible for enhancing the discoverability, accessibility, and quality of content within the ProQuest database. Team members research, analyze, index, and enrich content to ensure it is accurately represented and easily retrievable by customers worldwide.
