We would love to speak with you if you have foundational technical knowledge, strong English communication skills, and a genuine interest in developing your career in DevOps and cloud operations.\nAbout You\nBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.\n\n2+ years of hands-on experience working in Linux or Unix environments, supporting infrastructure, platforms, or production systems.\n\n2+ years of hands-on experience applying systems administration, cloud infrastructure, or DevOps concepts in a professional environment.\n\nExperience developing and maintaining scripts or automations using Bash, Python, or a similar scripting language.\n\n2+ years of hands-on technical experience using source control systems and supporting software build, test, and deployment processes.\n\nWorking knowledge of CI/CD practices and tools, with the ability to support and troubleshoot deployment pipelines.\n\nSolid understanding of networking fundamentals, including DNS, routing, firewalls, load balancers, and network troubleshooting.\n\nIt Would Be Great If You Also Had...\nExperience with virtualization technologies such as KVM, OVM, or VMware.\n\nFamiliarity with containerization and orchestration technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.\n\nExposure to monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, Splunk, or similar platforms.\n\nExposure to Infrastructure as Code and configuration management tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or comparable technologies.\n\nBasic knowledge of storage technologies and distributed storage concepts.\n\nExperience working with IT service management processes and tools such as ServiceNow\n\nWhat Will You Be Doing in This Role?\nSupport the day-to-day operation of private-cloud infrastructure and production services across multiple data centers.\n\nProvide second-tier operational support by investigating incidents and service requests and directing issues to the appropriate technical owner when needed.\n\nMonitor cloud services, review alerts and logs, and assist with identifying the causes of service disruptions.\n\nAutomate recurring operational tasks and contribute to improvements in monitoring, alert quality, documentation, and support procedures.\n\nAssist with CI/CD deployments, service onboarding, system upgrades, infrastructure changes, storage migrations, and capacity improvements.\n\nDocument technical processes, troubleshooting steps, operational knowledge, and preventive procedures.\n\nCollaborate with cloud infrastructure, support, and development teams across locations and time zones.\n\nUse company-approved AI-assisted tools responsibly to support troubleshooting, automation, scripting, documentation, and knowledge discovery.\n\nAbout the Team\nYou will join a global Cloud Operations team responsible for supporting cloud applications and services. The team includes colleagues in Israel, Germany, and China and works closely with infrastructure, application-development, and support teams. The environment is collaborative and hands-on, with a strong focus on communication, teamwork, continuous improvement, and ownership.\nHours of Work\nThis is a full-time, hybrid position based in our Jerusalem, Israel office. The role includes participation in an after-hours on-call rotation, approximately once every two months, including occasional weekend coverage.
