Working closely with and learning from fellow team members, you will help gather and document requirements and support the delivery of practical technology solutions for our customer projects.\nAbout You - experience, education, skills, and accomplishments:\nBachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Business Administration, or a related technical/scientific discipline. \nMinimum 5 years of professional experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within a technology consulting firm, IT services company, or a Life Sciences/Healthcare organisation. \nProven expertise in translating complex business problems into clear technical requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and process flow diagrams. \nUnderstanding of the software development lifecycle, including translating requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria and supporting testing. \nExposure to a programming or scripting language such as Python for data manipulation and simple automation. \nComfortable using project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, MS Project). \nInterest in, or basic awareness of, generative AI and large language model (LLM) tools \nStrong communication & analytical skills. \nIt would be great if you also had . . .\nKnowledge of or prior experience with Healthcare or Lifesciences domain. \nTrack record of continuous improvement and innovation leveraging trailblazing technologies demonstrated. \nAgile SCRUM Certification \nPrior experience in a client-facing consulting role, managing stakeholder expectations and navigating complex project deliveries. \nExperience working with cloud platforms (AWS) or specialized Life Sciences platforms (Veeva, Salesforce Health Cloud, or Medidata). \nWhat will you be doing in this role?\nWork with client stakeholders to understand and document user and functional requirements. \nConduct discovery workshops with client to prioritize and assess the feasibility of user requirements against Clarivate and customer own data. \nWork with the delivery team to communicate the client requirements using Agile SCRUM. \nCollaborate with the Development and QA teams to ensure implemented solution meet quality standards and quality assurance procedures are in place to develop and maintain a full traceability matrix. \nSupport non-technical teams of technical writers and trainers in pre-release, deployment and post-deployment change management activities. \nSupport the development and execution of GxP validation plans in collaboration with customer and our own compliance teams. \nAbout the Team\nThe Data & AI Consulting team operates on a global scale, working seamlessly with stakeholders from different corners of the world to provide custom solutions to diversified client base.
