You:\n\n- Strong experience engineering and supporting enterprise infrastructure in complex, hybrid environments.\n\n- Deep expertise in Microsoft 365 technologies including Entra ID, Exchange, Teams, Purview).\n\n- Experience supporting large-scale infrastructure or cloud migration initiatives.\n\n- Familiarity with automation frameworks, APIs, infrastructure-as-code, or multi-cloud environments.\n\n- Relevant Microsoft certifications (Azure, Security, or M365) or equivalent hands-on expertise.\n\nWhat you will be doing in this role:\n\n- Provide advanced troubleshooting and resolution for complex infrastructure issues across cloud and on-prem environments.\n\n- Design, implement, and improve scalable infrastructure solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and security.\n\n- Lead and execute change management activities including deployments, upgrades, and system improvements.\n\n- Collaborate with Security, Networking, Cloud Operations, and vendors to
