This is an exciting opportunity to build high-performing engineering teams, deliver scalable and reliable platforms, and partner across Product, Architecture, Operations, Security, Data, and Business teams to align technology delivery with business priorities.\nAbout You - Experience, Education, Skills, and Accomplishments\nBachelor's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.\n15+ years of progressive software engineering experience in enterprise-scale environments.\n 5+ years of hands-on or leadership experience across cloud platforms, distributed systems, APIs, automation, and software operations.\nExperience leading an engineering organization globally.\nAccountability for delivering business outcomes and managing several business-critical enterprise software platforms or services supporting thousands of customers across US, Europe and Asia.\nExperience leading large-scale modernization programmes involving legacy-platform migration, cloud adoption, distributed systems, or architectural transformation.\nExperience managing annual engineering budgets and/or vendor portfolios.\nIt Would Be Great If You Also Have...\nExperience driving technology transformation, modernization, and delivery improvement initiatives in enterprise environments.\nStrong understanding of enterprise integration patterns, workflow orchestration, domain-driven design, event-driven architectures, and platform-based ecosystems.\nExposure complex business or financial platforms, system integration, portfolio alignment, risk management, and long-term platform sustainability.\nWhat Will You Be Doing in This Role?\nDefine and execute the engineering strategy for a mission-critical technology portfolio.\nLead the delivery of reliable, scalable, secure, and maintainable software platforms and services.\nDrive modernization, simplification, automation, and continuous improvement across engineering practices and technology capabilities.\nBuild, coach, and develop high-performing engineering leaders and teams, with clear accountability and strong execution discipline.\nPartner with Product, Architecture, Operations, Security, Data, and Business stakeholders to prioritize investments and deliver measurable business value.\nEstablish engineering standards for quality, reliability, security, observability, delivery predictability, and operational performance.\nOversee workforce planning, budgets, vendor partnerships, and resource allocation in support of strategic priorities.\nAbout the Team\nThe engineering team supports critical technology platforms and services that enable global operations and customer delivery. The team is focused on reliable execution, platform modernization, engineering excellence, and building scalable capabilities that support long-term business growth.
