This role combines hands-on technical expertise with leadership responsibilities, including managing a team of developers, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.\nAbout You (Experience, Education, Skills & Accomplishments)\nBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.\n\nCertified Conga CPQ or Certified Salesforce CPQ (mandatory).\n\nMinimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud platforms, with 3 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ and Experience (Community) Cloud.\n\nProven experience supporting M&A transformation initiatives involving Sales, CPQ, Service, and Experience Cloud.\n\nStrong technical proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Aura, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and Salesforce security models.\n\nIt would be good if you also have\nAbility to work independently with minimal supervision while contributing effectively within a team structure.\n\nExperience supporting multiple Salesforce orgs/ecosystems and complex enterprise environments.\n\nStrong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage ambiguity and complex integrations.\n\nWhat You Will Be Doing in This Role\nCollaborate with product specialists and the Development Manager to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.\n\nDesign and develop Salesforce solutions with a strong focus on Conga CPQ / Salesforce CPQ, Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud.\n\nDefine development timelines, technical designs, and architectural direction in coordination with the Development Manager.\n\nGuide and support developers to ensure delivery aligns with project goals, quality standards, and best practices.\n\nConduct code reviews, quality assurance, and performance optimization to maintain high coding standards.\n\nStay current with Salesforce releases and emerging technologies to continuously enhance platform capabilities.\n\nAbout the Team\nWe are a Salesforce Business Technology, Application Development team that support various mission-critical business processes.\nHours of Work\nFulltime\n\n45 h/week- 2- 11 PM IST\n\nAt Clarivate, we are committed to providing equal employment opportunities for allqualified persons with respect to hiring, compensation, promotion, training, and other terms, conditions, and privileges of employment.
