We would love to speak with you if you have experience with handling global stakeholders and driving data governance frameworks, policies, and quality standards.\nAbout You\nMust have minimum 12 years of data governance experience with 5 to 7 years in development and execution of data governance strategies.\nMinimum 5 years in establishing and overseeing data governance frameworks, policies, and quality standards.\nMust have proven experience in working with global teams and leaders in integrating data governance insights into strategic decision-making. \nShould have experience in managing cross functional collaboration within the integration of data systems and tools.\nMust hold a bachelor’s degree in information systems, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics/Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain/Operations Management.\nWhat will you be doing in this role?\nLead and manage one or more teams to achieve operational goals, overseeing performance, guiding work, and driving short-term results that support departmental and organizational objectives.\nLead enterprise data governance by developing and executing long-term strategies, driving data quality and improvement initiatives, establishing governance frameworks and standards, and partnering with leadership to support data-driven decision-making.\nInfluence diverse stakeholder groups and drive acceptance of policies, practices and procedures within broader areas of responsibility. \nInfluence strategic initiatives at the department-level and provide input on strategic initiatives for the organization. \nDeliver consistent and timely training, guidance and feedback to encourage success , staffing based decisions, promote colleague growth through regular developmental conversations and identification of developmental opportunities. \nAbout the Team\nThe team manages and governs customer master data across Salesforce and finance systems by ensuring data quality, compliance with governance standards, and seamless system integration.
