This role will support the Project Manager(s) and Superintendent in all aspects of the construction process including monitoring project plans, schedules, organizing and participating in stakeholder meetings, and ensuring that project deadlines are met in a timely manner.\nReports to: Project Manager(s)\nSalary: $125,000 annually\nHours per week: 40\nDuties and Responsibilities:\nSupporting in project startups with responsibilities including but not limited to, tendering, and bid evaluations, subcontract preparation, utilities and site services applications, permit applications, quantity take-offs, assisting in development of the project communication plan and managing project schedule\nProject execution and document control responsibilities including Request for Information (RFI), Site Instructions (SI), Submittals, Change Requests (CRX), Change Orders (CO)\nProject closeout responsibilities including assisting with inspections, owner training, managing the O&M Manuals, reviewing, tracking, and communicating punch and deficiency lists, removing all insurance, closeout of utilities and site services, and removing temporary facilities\nMaintain the integrity of the QA/QC plan\nFacilitate, record and compile meeting minutes; follow up on action items\nTrack productivity and performance of the project\nProject accounting basics\nAdhere to Clark Builders’ policies and procedures and aid others in compliance\nSupport and grow ongoing trade partner and client relationships\nSkills and Knowledge:\nExcellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills\nAnalytical thinker with ability to interpret complex information and recommend innovative solutions\nCapable of making complex, ambiguous and risk adverse decisions in a deadline-driven environment.\nUnderstanding the principles of Lean thinking, collaborative planning, and continuous improvement\nThe ability to read, understand and interpret technical drawings and specifications\nLive Clark Builders CORE Values: Have a Can-Do Attitude, Respect Others, Succeed as a Team, Lead with Courage, and Deliver Results\nQualifications:\nBachelors' degree, diploma or 2-year certificate in a construction related discipline\nExperience working as a Project Coordinator for a Commercial, Industrial, or Institutional Construction organization is an asset\nExperience with Procore® an asset\nExperience with Last Planner® System an asset\nExperience with collaborative pull planning an asset\nExperience with various types of construction contracts\nValid driver’s license required\nReady to build your career with us?
