In this role, you will work with\nmultiple clients, with a focus on advisory, client meetings, and helping business owners\nunderstand and act on their financial data.\nWe provide accounting and advisory services to landscaping businesses.\nThis is a great opportunity if you are looking to grow along with us, build strong client relationships, and make a difference in the green industry! All employees work remotely and will continue to do so for the long term.\n\nWhat You’ll Do:\nMeet with clients regularly to review financials, answer questions, and provide clear, actionable advisory insights.\nHelp clients understand financial statements, job costing, cash flow, and overall performance to support informed decision-making.\nIdentify accounting and operational bottlenecks (e.g., AR issues, workflow gaps, job costing errors) and guide clients toward solutions.\nSupport client budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, onboarding, and high-level cleanup/catch-up work.\nOversee and perform bookkeeping and accounting in QuickBooks, including reconciliations and compliance with accounting standards.\nAssist with job costing, AP/AR, revenue recognition, and other controller/CFO-level support for assigned clients.\nProactively address issues and ensure smooth communication between clients and our accounting team.\nSupport and help train our staff on accounting best practices and client needs.\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nAbility to meet deadlines.\n\nStrong communication skills and a willingness to meet with clients in an advisory capacity.\nProficient in Microsoft Office and experienced with QuickBooks.\nMinimum of 4 years' experience working with multiple clients, and at least a Bachelor's in Accounting/Business preferred.\nAbility to learn new online software and comfortable using technology (video chat software, email, spreadsheets, apps, etc.).\nEnjoy the fast pace and personality of entrepreneurial business owners.\nCommitment to handling sensitive information with the utmost care and in compliance with HIPAA and other privacy regulations\nAbility to work effectively within a team, helping to contribute to the overall success of the department and company\nWhy You’ll Love Joining the CO Fam!\nAt Clark Outsourcing, we’re redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
