Schedule: 8:00 PM - 5:00 AM PHT

Job Location: Clark Outsourcing - Building 35 Philexcel Business Park, Clark, Pampanga

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a creative, organized, and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator to support website management and day-to-day marketing initiatives. This role will focus on executing tactical marketing projects, maintaining digital content, and supporting the team across a variety of marketing needs.

What You’ll Do:

• Update and maintain website content, pages, images, and basic functionality

• Assist with website improvement projects and coordinate with outside vendors as needed

• Create and update marketing materials, presentations, and digital content

• Support email marketing initiatives

• Assist with branding and ensure consistency across marketing materials

• Coordinate and track marketing projects and deadlines

• Organize digital assets, photos, graphics, and marketing files

• Support additional marketing projects as needed

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in marketing, digital marketing, or website management

• Comfortable working independently and managing multiple projects

• Familiarity with website content management systems

• Basic graphic design skills are preferred

• Good written English and communication skills
