Such instruction may be conveyed verbally, through a job card, blue print, pick list, process sheet and by other means either verbal or written or other.\nDuties will include assembling, troubleshooting, and inspection, testing, and safely operating a forklift.\nFill truck with required fluids.\nMust perform all duties within production schedule and in accordance with engineering, quality and production standards.\nMust perform all duties with minimal defects, errors and in a safe manner.\nMust be able to maintain 5s sustainment\nBasic Qualifications:\nHigh school education or equivalent\nGood mechanical aptitude is a must.\nMust be able to lift up to 50 lbs of assembly components, with the ability to maneuver a lifting device for components over 50 pounds (i.e. tires) up to 100 times per day.\nMust be able to torque up to 500 lbs of pressure using manual and or electric torque wrench required upper and extremity strength.\nReach around into and under areas of truck to adjust, assemble bolts & components etc.\nAssemble of components require repetitive twisting motion of wrist and lower arm.\nPosition could require working overtime\nMust be authorized to work indefinitely in the US\nWorking Conditions:\nThe position is located in a factory production and or warehouse environment that require long periods of standing, walking and occasional squatting, bending, stooping, reaching, lifting up to 50 pounds, climbing up and down from forklifts, and using computer and various office equipment. The work environment may be exposed to the typical production warehouse environment which is described as follows:\nMay encounter loud noise from various machinery and equipment that may generate loud noise and vibration, varying temperatures (including heat during summer and from the operation of equipment) The incumbent may encounter oil, grease, paint, solvents and other potentially hazardous materials.
