The IT Project Manager drives cross-functional collaboration and oversees projects from initiation through implementation and post-launch support.\n\nEssential Functions & Primary Responsibilities\nLead and manage multiple IT projects simultaneously, ensuring successful delivery within scope, schedule, and budget.\nDevelop comprehensive project plans, timelines, resource allocations, and project governance structures.\nPartner with business stakeholders to define project objectives, requirements, success criteria, and implementation strategies.\nFacilitate project meetings, steering committees, and stakeholder communications while providing regular status reporting to leadership.\nIdentify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies to minimize impact on business operations.\nManage project budgets, forecasts, resource planning, and vendor relationships to ensure cost-effective execution.\nCoordinate cross-functional teams including IT, operations, supply chain, finance, and external partners.\nLead ERP, supply chain systems, and digital transformation initiatives.\nDrive change management efforts, user adoption strategies, training plans, and communication activities associated with project implementations.\nEnsure project documentation, governance standards, and compliance requirements are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.\nMonitor project performance using key metrics and deliver actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.\nSupport continuous improvement of project management methodologies, processes, and best practices.\n\nMinimum Qualifications\nBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.\nPMP (Project Management Professional), Agile, Scrum Master, or equivalent project management certification preferred.\nMinimum of 5 -10 years of experience managing IT projects, business systems implementations, or technology initiatives.\nProven experience leading cross-functional teams and delivering projects in complex business environments.\nExperience managing ERP, supply chain, manufacturing, infrastructure, or digital transformation projects preferred.\nStrong knowledge of project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, and Hybrid approaches.\nProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms.\nAdvanced experience with Microsoft 365 applications, Microsoft Copilot, and Microsoft Planner.\nDemonstrated ability to manage project budgets, timelines, resources, and vendor relationships.\nStrong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.\nExcellent written, verbal, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive business information.\nMust be authorized to work in the United States indefinitely without current or future sponsorship.\n\nPreferred Qualifications\nExperience in manufacturing, distribution, supply chain, or operations environments.\nExperience leading ERP implementation, upgrade, or optimization projects.\nFamiliarity with business process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.\nExperience with change management and organizational adoption strategies.\nEnvironmental/Physical Conditions\nThe incumbent is primarily located in an office environment with regulated heating and cooling. Work involves the use of computers, monitors, video conferencing technologies, telephones, scanners, printers, and other standard office equipment. Periodic travel to manufacturing facilities, warehouses, distribution centers, and other operational locations may be required.
