You’ll take ownership of client relationships, contribute to business growth, and work with a team that’s supportive, collaborative, and focused on success.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage and grow your own portfolio of distributor accounts\n\nKeep in regular contact through calls, emails, and meetings\n\nDeliver exceptional service that builds loyalty and repeat business\n\nIdentify opportunities to expand accounts and increase engagement\n\nAssist with proposals, quotes, and product recommendations\n\nHelp bring creative branding ideas to life\n\nGuide clients from initial enquiry through to final delivery\n\nCollaborate with internal teams and freight partners to ensure smooth execution\n\nResolve challenges with professionalism and confidence\n\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nAt least 2-3 years’ experience in account management or customer service\n\nMust have excellent written and verbal English, with clear communication skills\n\nMust exhibit strong attention to detail\n\nConfidence in handling challenging conversations across a range of communication channels (email, phone, and face-to-face)\n\nEmpathetic approach with solid negotiation skills\n\nStrong communication and relationship-building skills\n\nA proactive, solutions-focused mindset\n\nExcellent organization and multitasking ability\n\nAdaptability in a fast-changing environment\n\nConfidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce is a plus)\n\nA positive, team-oriented attitude\n\nExperience in B2B sales, promotional products, or branding\n\nExposure to distributor or reseller networks\n\nExperience working with offshore or AU/NZ clients\n\nWhy You’ll Love Joining the CO Fam!\nAt Clark Outsourcing, we’re redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
