This role is responsible for managing IT projects, maintaining network security and performance, and ensuring minimal system downtime. The IT Manager will work closely with leadership and departmental teams to develop technology solutions that support business goals, while also leading the IT team in delivering reliable technical support and implementing best practices across the organization.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nAnalyze business requirements by partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs\nWork closely with departmental managers to determine the maintenance and growth needs of the network\nDirects technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects\nLead IT projects, including the design, desktop support, and deployment of new IT systems and services\nOversees and determines timeframes for major IT projects, including system, updates, upgrades, mitigations, and outages\nMonitor and evaluate the performance of information systems to determine costs, productivity levels and to make recommendations for improving the IT infrastructure\nResponsible for the creation and administration of disaster plans that will keep the company functional in the event of a crisis\nDevelop innovative network troubleshooting methods that reduce downtime and lower repair costs\nDevelop and implement IT policy and best practice guides for the organization\nProvide directions and manage IT team members that support our employees’ tech concerns 24/7\nKeep downtime to no more than 1-hour per month\nBuild operational playbooks in achieving departmental goals and objectives\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nBachelor’s Degree holder in any IT field, or at least two years of experience in IT management or Network Administration\nExperience in configuring and managing Fortigate Firewall\nKnowledge in Windows Server 2008/R2, 2012/R2 & 2016 Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, WSUS, RDS & Group Policy\nLocal Network Setup & Configuration\nFirewall Setup including Routing & VPN\nServer & Firewall Security Hardening\nHardware Storage including RAID, NAS & SAN\nExperience with PBX systems is a plus\nExcellent leadership skills\nDetail-oriented and a high level of accuracy in work product\nExcellent English language skills (written and oral)\nGood time management and task management skills\nHigh organizational and prioritization skills\nProficiency in MS Office or Google Suite\nAble to demonstrate initiative and set goals for the team\nWhy You’ll Love Joining the CO Fam!\nAt Clark Outsourcing, we’re redefining what it means to work in a BPO.
