Your primary goal is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.\nWhat Youll Do:\nRespond to customer inquiries and requests promptly and professionally\nComplete fact finds with customers when necessary to understand the customers needs and requirements\nPrepare accurate and comprehensive quotations and visuals for customers based on their requirements\nIdentify potential opportunities to upsell and cross sell with every customer\nRecommend our best-selling products, offer additional products and price breaks\nMaintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of the quotation and artwork process, including correct item quoting, supplier selection, and appropriate markup\nProactivity touch base with customers on a regular basis with the view to build customer accounts. Convert leads into sales handling potential objects which may arise\nContinuously update and maintain product and supplier knowledge, staying informed about pricing, best selling products, upcoming events and changes in offerings\nMonitor and track quotation metrics, including the number of leads quoted and the quality of quotes, to meet or exceed targets\nCollaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, procurement, and marketing, to gather necessary information to maximise the potential on every lead\nWhat Were Looking For:\nPrevious experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in a related industry\nExcellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple quotations simultaneously\nProficient in using quotation and CRM software, with the ability to learn new systems quickly\nExceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders\nStrong numerical aptitude and analytical thinking to ensure accurate pricing and markup\nAbility to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment\nDisplay polite and professional communication via phone, chat and email at all times.
