The role will also prepare U.S. business and individual tax returns, maintain accurate accounting records, coordinate client tax submissions, and track accounting and tax projects to ensure tasks and deadlines are completed on time.\nWhat You’ll Do:\nManage accounting projects, categorize bank and credit card transactions, perform daily reconciliations, and review financial statements for accuracy\nPrepare and maintain daily financial management reports for management review and decision-making\nProcess weekly and biweekly payroll, including payroll liabilities, using QuickBooks Desktop and ADP, Gusto, or any other Payroll Platform\nPrepare U.S. business tax returns, including Forms 1065, 1120-S, and 1120, and assist with U.S. individual tax returns\nPerform tax mapping in QuickBooks Desktop and ensure accounting records are properly maintained and organized\nSend completed tax returns to clients for electronic signature through SmartVault or other tools and provide administrative support as needed\nTrack and manage accounting and tax-related projects using Monday.com/ Officetools/ Karbon/ Taxdome or any project management tool, ensuring tasks and deadlines are properly monitored\nWhat We’re Looking For:\nHands-on experience in U.S. accounting and tax preparation\nExperience preparing U.S. business tax returns, particularly Forms 1065, 1120-S, and 1120\nKnowledge of U.S. individual tax returns is a plus\nExperience with bank and credit card reconciliations\nPayroll processing experience, preferably using Toast Payroll\nProficiency in QuickBooks Desktop and Excel\nExperience with tax preparation with Pro-Series/ Drake/ Ultra Tax/ CCH\nFamiliarity with any tool for document management and e-signatures\nExperience using Monday.com/ Officetools/ Karbon/TaxDome or similar project management tools\nStrong attention to detail and accuracy\nGood organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills\nAbility to manage multiple accounting and
