The company is widely recognized as the industry leader in cyber-physical systems protection, with backing from the world’s largest investment firms and industrial automation vendors, as well as recognition from KLAS Research as Best in KLAS for Healthcare IoT Security, the Deloitte Technology Fast 500, the Forbes Cloud 100, and the Fortune Cyber 60.\nAbout the Role\nDesign, build, and optimize Claroty's core platform infrastructure to power scalable, high-performance cyber-physical security products across diverse operational environments.\nResponsibilities\nAs a Platform Engineer, your impact will be:\nEngineering and evolving the underlying platform infrastructure that powers Claroty’s industry-leading cybersecurity products.\nSolving complex, large-scale problems in highly constrained environments.\nCollaborating in a high-impact team with a broad perspective across the entire company product line.\nDesigning and building company-wide tools and capabilities from the ground up.\nArchitecting, building, and maintaining our Linux-based OS packaging to ensure reliable deployment and system stability.\nDriving continuous delivery (CD) workflows and streamlining installation and update processes across diverse deployments.\nDesigning, building, and automating scalable workflows utilizing AI tools and technologies to maximize operational efficiency.\nRequirements\nWhat do you need to succeed in this role:\n3+ years of experience as a Platform Engineer or in an infrastructure-focused software engineering role.\n2+ years of hands-on development experience in Python, Go, C, or C++.\nSolid understanding of core networking protocols and concepts.\nProven multi-domain troubleshooting skills across system, network, and application layers.\nStrong sense of accountability, ownership, and independent problem-solving capabilities.\nExcellent communication skills and a collaborative team mindset.\nDemonstrated experience in designing or implementing automated, AI-driven workflows.\nAdvantages / Nice-to-Have:\nDeep Linux internals knowledge (e.g., systemd, init systems, LVM).\nSoftware packaging experience (DEB, RPM).\nHands-on experience with container orchestration platforms (e.g., Kubernetes).\nAbout Claroty\nClaroty has redefined cyber-physical systems (CPS) protection with an unrivaled industry-centric platform built to secure mission-critical infrastructure.
