Small enough that everyone knows what everyone else is shipping, but big enough that nobody’s alone on a problem. A few things that are true about working here:\nYou get to own the whole problem, not the ticket. Scoping, tradeoffs, and customer conversations all belong to the same person. Roadmaps are for direction, not instruction.\n\nQuality is not negotiable, speed usually is. We ship fast when it's reversible and slowly when it isn't. Knowing which is which is most of the job.\n\nWe write things down. Decisions live in docs and public channels, not in DMs. It's how a team stays fast.\n\nCompensation details\nWe offer competitive salaries in line with years of experience and work location.
